The Shire is a John Yeon, national register-eligible, historic-designed landscape located along the north shoreline of the Columbia River, directly across from Oregon’s Multnomah Falls. Dudek completed a Cultural Landscape Report to provide the University of Oregon with management protocols and treatments for the long-term preservation and protection of The Shire following storm damage during
San Diego State University (SDSU) sought to develop a world-class university campus, research center and stadium venue on the site of the SDCCU Stadium in Mission Valley. A multidisciplinary consultant team prepared the master plan for the campus, including planning, technical analysis, CEQA document preparation, permitting support, and construction compliance.
San Marcos Unified School District officials saw opportunity, rather than potential regulatory headaches, when they learned a new elementary school site harbored federally protected wetlands habitat and endangered flora. The district developed ambitious plans to preserve the wetlands and to translocate the plants to a 7.6-acre preserve surrounding the school on two sides.
The Vision 2020 Facilities Master Plan (plan) outlined Coast Community College District’s (District) proposed growth over a decade. Dudek prepared Program EIRs to assess the impacts of plan implementation for the Golden West College (GWC) and Orange Coast College (OCC) campuses. Both EIRs were approved without challenge in 2015.
To support sound CEQA documentation for projects and plans California State University (CSU) campuses, the Chancellor’s Office selected us as one of its pre-qualified consultants to provide CEQA services, as needed, on any of its 23 campuses.
