At Dudek, your safety is our priority. Please be aware of fraudulent job offers and recruitment scams.
What to Watch For
Official Email Addresses: We only contact candidates from talent@dudek.com or a recruiter-personalized @dudek.com or @applytojob.com address. We do not use email addresses with a hyphen (such as careers-dudek or any variations thereof), Gmail, Yahoo, or other free services. You can always find recruiters on LinkedIn to verify identity.
No Fees: We never ask for payment during our hiring process, which includes a check being sent to you for equipment or for reimbursement. Any onboarding equipment will be sent to you via the company. Any request for money is a red flag.
Personal Info: Be cautious if asked for sensitive information (e.g., Social Security Number) early in the process.
Genuine Offers: All job offers are made after a formal interview. Offers without an interview are likely fraudulent.
What to Do
Verify: If in doubt, verify the job offer or communication by contacting us directly at talent@dudek.com.
Report: Report any suspicious activity to us at talent@dudek.com and your local authorities.
Your vigilance helps us combat recruitment fraud.
