Dudek has been named a recipient of Environmental Business Journals’ annual Business Achievement Award that recognizes the firm’s 2012 revenue growth and profitability, new practice development, and industry leadership. Dudek is one of three mid-sized ($20 million to $100 million in revenue) environmental firms nationwide to be recognized with the award.

Dudek provides services in environmental planning and permitting, natural resources management, water and wastewater engineering, and regulatory compliance throughout California. The firm increased its revenues by 14% in 2012 to approximately $45 million and its project backlog to $47 million from $36 million at the end of 2011.
The 300-person, Encinitas-based firm has nine offices throughout California. It has found increasing opportunities geographically in Central and Northern California, and in an array of diverse and vital California sectors including: water/wastewater utilities, renewable and traditional energy providers, local government, and private land development.

The Business Achievement awards will be presented at the annual Environmental Industry Summit in Coronado, California on March 6-8.
