Dudek Opens Pasadena Office to Serve Los Angeles Metropolitan Region

Dudek has opened our new Pasadena office serving the Los Angeles metropolitan region. The office is led by long-time Los Angeles-based environmental consultants Eric Wilson and Ruta K. Thomas.

Eric and Ruta have established, long-term relationships with many of the region’s public agencies,” said President Frank Dudek. “They share our philosophy of nurturing strong, trusting client relationships coupled with responsive, collaborative, and client-focused services.”

With more than 35 years’ collective experience in Southern California, Eric and Ruta have led dozens of high-profile projects for a variety of municipal and private clients. They have managed on-call environmental contracts with agencies throughout the region, including the State of California, Los Angeles County, the City of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Unified School District, and the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.

Eric, a LEED AP certified professional, joins Dudek from AECOM where he led a large multidisciplinary practice across Southern California. Ruta was with Atkins, where she also led a regional team of environmental planners and scientists. “We couldn’t be happier about finally joining forces,” Ruta said.

“We have been looking for the right senior leaders that could offer a real alternative in client service in the Los Angeles market,” said June Collins, Dudek’s executive vice president. “Eric and Ruta combine skills that are hard to find – experienced, hands-on senior project managers with strategic, client-focused outlooks.”

Dudek’s office is located at 38 North Marengo Avenue, Pasadena.
